Vulcanus in Japan 2025-2026 - Online Application
I M P O R T A N T   N O T I C E


Before starting to fill in the online application, please COMPLETE the WORD format application form, as per instructions provided in the document "How to apply" (WORD format application form and "How to apply" document can be found in the 'Vulcanus in Japan' web-page: https://www.eu-japan.eu/events/vulcanus-japan).
Once completed the WORD format application form, please fill in the online form with exactly the same information. Questions are numbered the same way, although you will find in the online application form only part of the questions of the WORD application.
You shall fill in the online form in one shot. Only one submission is permitted. 
In case of multiple submissions, your application will be disqualified.

IMPORTANT: PROOF OF SUBMISSION

1- Once you have submitted the online application, you will receive an automatic reply. PLEASE keep it as proof of submission. (Please also check your spam/junk mail). 

2- The Vulcanus administration will send you a second acknowledgement receipt, before the start of the short-listing (by 10 February at the latest). Please make sure that you have received ALSO the second email.

You shall imperatively contact the Vulcanus administration by email at Vulcinjapan@eu-japan.eu, from 11 to 13 February, in case you have not received the second acknowledgement. (Don’t forget to check your spam/junk mail).
