You understand and acknowledge that sponsorua.com does not perform any background checks or other vetting procedures with regards to the beneficiaries who register on the Website. sponsorua.com cannot and does not guarantee that the information the beneficiary provides to you is accurate.  The website exists solely to help match people who claim to be Ukrainians in need of a supporter under the Uniting for Ukraine program with people who claim that they want to become supporters. The responsibility for vetting the BENEFICIARY and ensuring your PHYSICAL AND financial safety lies solely with you. You hereby expressly and specifically assume any and all risks, whether known or unknown to you, of harm resulting from your INTeractions with the BENEFICIARY found through the website.
You further understand and acknowledge that by signing form I-134 – Declaration of Financial Support you will promise to the federal government under penalty of perjury that you will provide support to the beneficiary throughout their stay in the U.S., including financial support, support with housing and transportation, and support in applying for work authorization and other permits, enrolling in classes and finding employment.
