Laptop Loaner Program
The Loaner Laptop Program at Ilisagvik College offers students temporary access to laptops to help them succeed in their coursework. This service is intended for students who do not have reliable access to a personal computer and need support for participating in online learning, completing assignments, and accessing campus resources. While supplies last

To be eligible for a loaner laptop, students must be enrolled at Ilisagvik College with at least 6 credits, be in good standing (i.e., have no financial holds and be eligible to register for classes, see Student Account Coordinator please call 907-852-1708 for any holds), and complete and submit the required application form. 

Once the form is received and reviewed, eligible students will be contacted with details on how to receive their laptop, including terms of use and the return process. Laptops are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

The application form for the Loaner Laptop Program will ask students to provide:
Full name (First, Last) and student ID number *
Program of study or enrolled courses *
Current contact information (phone and email) *
Reason for requesting a loaner laptop *
Do you reside in Barrow ? If not, please indicate where? *
Failure to return the laptop at the end of the semester or by the specified due date may result in a hold on your student account, restriction from future equipment loans, and/or a financial charge up to $800, representing the replacement cost of the laptop, until the device is returned.

I agree to use the laptop responsibly, return it in good condition by the specified due date, and accept responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur while the device is in my possession.
