Please take a moment to fill out this form regarding any dietary restrictions and access needs related to your attendance at the 2023 Unity Dinner, to be held from 6-9:30pm (check-in starting at 5:30pm) at the Edward Kennedy Institute for the United States Senate. More information about the venue can be found here: https://www.emkinstitute.org/

Event Schedule: Starting in the Senate Chamber, an approximately 1-hour program of speeches and award recognition will be held. After the program finishes, guests will be encouraged to exit the Senate Chamber into the main lobby to partake in a buffet-style dinner and performances.

Access Information: The venue is wheelchair accessible and is not a scent-free space. The Senate Chamber includes two floors of seating, and the second floor has stair and elevator access. A portion of the Senate Chamber seating will be designated as requiring masks.
