On the 24th of February at 18:00, Igor Nai Fovino will share his experiences at the European Commission, and provide insight into how research affects European policy making. This will be accompanied by a Q&A session where Igor will welcome student questions.
With over 13 years of experience at the European Commission, Dr. Igor Nai Fovino is deputy Unit Head of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre. There, his research informs the future of European public policy in cyber. His scientific work has resulted in 95 publications, whose topics include: ICT of Industrial Systems, risk assessment models, secure network protocols, malwares and intrusion detection techniques, security of mobile devices, as well as blockchain technologies.
