About the Coach

Mr. Shengming Shan has more than 25 years of management experience in world renowned semiconductor companies. He is also a passionate leader who wants to challenge and release the full potential of the next generation. Before founding the CCE class for high school students in 2016, he has been mentoring career professionals for many years.

CCE class description

CCE Prime : teaches high school students (8th - 10th grade) 12 life changing capabilities through 16 class meetings (90 min/class) in a small class setting (4-6 students)
(*)Prerequisite: None

CCE College Fun: teaches high school students (10th - 12th grade) how to receive and provide constructive feedback, learn key questions for various academic disciplines and explore their careers through 12 class meetings (120 min/class) in a small class setting (4-6 students)
(*)Prerequisite: CCE Prime

CCE Mentor Class: provides high school students (9th - 12th grade) 1:1 mentoring to accomplish customized goal through 12 meetings (30 min/meeting)
