2025 Guidance Appointment Request Form

ACCESSING YOUR TIMETABLE:

  • Student timetables are available through the Student Portal in the Aspen App

  • If your timetable is blank, you need to call the school at 905-734-7458 to make an appointment to meet with a principal.

  • PLEASE NOTE: although we do our best, it is not always possible to give students every elective course that they put on their course wish list. Our priority is to ensure students’ timetables meet graduation requirements and courses required for students’ post-secondary plans. 


GUIDANCE APPOINTMENTS:

  • Back-to-school guidance appointments will be prioritized as follows:

    • Students with incomplete timetables

    • Students who need to change their learning level (ie from university to college)

    • June 2026 Potential Graduates

    • Students who need to change their timetable as a result of summer school

    • All other requests


If you wish to speak with a guidance counselor regarding your timetable, please complete the form below. 

  • Due to the high volume of requests, some students may not be seen until the first or second week of school. 

  • Please attend your scheduled classes until directed otherwise by your guidance counselor.

  • Please check your student email account and your voicemail daily.
