This is a vision of community "Ambassadors & Amplifiers", leaders trusted from communities most harmed by systemic racism and colonialism, brought together by Abigail Echo-Hawk, Ben Danielson and King County Executive Dow Constantine (the co-chairs), to ensure that The Gathering Collaborative is being done in a trustworthy way.

*Compensation will be available for interested members of The Gathering Collaborative who have been confirmed. Members are asked to attend a few meetings every month from February to December 2022, and they can attend as their capacity allows.
