Soukya Yoga
Anaadi Foundation is a social and spiritual organization located in the foothills of Iyvar Malai, near Palani in Tamil Nadu (India). Since 2015 the foundation has been offering programs based on Yoga and Indian culture and values. Deeply rooted in spirituality, the programs at Anaadi Foundation are woven with stories, personal yogic experiences, philosophy, psychology and modern scientific insights.
Soukya means well-being and Yoga is an excellent means to achieving that. In this 20 Hr course participants will learn: preparatory yogic practices, asana, pranayama, dharana and dhyana. Each session will be combined with theory from Yogic literature.

Practices include: Simple preparatory Stretches (Pavanamuktasana), Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Postures: Sitting, Standing, Supine and Prone postures, Guided Concentration and Meditation. At the end of the course, a 30-40 minute routine will be evolved for daily practice.
