GovTech Challenge Survey – Durham
We are working on a project to improve the delivery of council services with technology. This survey is conducted by Viapontica Analytics in cooperation with counties in England and Wales with funding provided through a program of the Government Digital Service. Durham County Council is one of the two leading location which are testing technologies that have the potential to improve the maintaining of public infrastructure and engagement with residents. At this stage, we are asking local residents relatively general questions to establish a benchmark, and depending on your responses we are planning further surveying and focus groups to understand your relationship with your council. Personal demographic information will be used anonymously and you will never be identified in any results. The collected data will be provided to the local council only in aggregate. You can find our contact details at the bottom of this survey. The survey is estimated to take about 5 minutes. We know this can take a while and appreciate you participating.
