Kawida Lodge Founder's Award Nomination Form
The Founder's Award was created in 1980 by the National Committee of the Order of the Arrow to honor and recognize those Arrowmen who have given outstanding service to their lodge. It is a national award given by the local lodge. The award is reserved for an Arrowman who demonstrates to their fellow Arrowmen that they memorialize in their daily life the spirit of achievement as described by the founders of the Order of the Arrow, Dr. E. Urner Goodman and Carroll A. Edson. Kawida Lodge presented its first Founder's Award in 1982 to the late Douglas W. Cox. Since that time, the Lodge has presented numerous other deserving youth and adult Arrowmen with this prestigious award.

NOTE: Any nominations submitted by this portal will be reviewed by the Lodge Adviser and then supplied to the Awards committee. In the event ineligible parties submit nominations, or nominations supply insufficient information, they will not be supplied to the committee, as per Lodge Key 3 decision, and LEC authority.
