Homework Club Application 23-24 
Homework Club is a free club which was established by FODAC and is open to all Dana Middle School students not registered in Prime Time after school. Homework Club meets in the library on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 2:55 p.m. until 3:55 p.m. The first day will be on Monday, September 18. Homework Club is intended to provide an adult-supervised, comfortable study environment and homework support on a drop-in basis.  Students that attend Homework Club are expected to stay until 3:55 p.m. No in and out privileges.

Parents will review these expectations with their student and explain all of the Homework Club Rules.  Parent and student will comply with all of the rules and understand that the rules are subject to change at any time. The current rules will be posted on FODAC's website. Student may be prohibited from participating in Homework Club if any rule is violated including, but not limited to, any rule pertaining to sign-in, sign-out, and timely pick-up at 3:55 p.m.
