New Club Form 2016-2017
If you are interested in starting a new club for the 2015-2016 School Year please fill out the following google form.
NEW Clubs must read and return the following document, acknowledging that they know basic requirements for starting a club at SRV, found here:

ALL clubs must fill out a new club constitution every year. Please fill out a constitution and return to A2 asap. Blank constitutions can be found here:

Know that in order to maintain an active club next year, you must send minutes and maintain communication with leadership. If you do not check your email and attend club president meetings, we will deactivate your club.
