•   I confirm that I am paying for the project as a whole and therefore will not be refunded if I am unable to make it to a rehearsal. 

•   I am medically fit to undertake the vocal and physical demands of the Choir. (If you have any doubts, these should be indicated to the choir prior to your agreement to these terms).

•    I am aware that HGM will collect, hold and use some data about me for membership administration purposes only and in accordance with HGM's Data Protection and Retention Policies which are provided on our website at www.hannahgracemusic.co.uk and are consistent with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

•    I am aware that short images and videos of the choir will be used for marketing purposes. (If you do not wish for your photo or video to be shown then you need to inform the choir leader as soon as possible)
