Submission of this bulk order constitutes a commitment to pay Mount Royal Printing in Baltimore, MD for the entire quantity specified. Books are only available for purchase by the box (50/box). The price per box is $225, which comes to $4.50 per book.  

You can choose to pick up the books at the printer for a handling fee of $9 per box. Or, you can have them shipped to you via UPS for a shipping & handling fee of $32 per box to a business address or $37 to a residential address.

Be sure to stock up because this will be the only opportunity to order this year. The next printing is not anticipated for several years.
