Price of Goods
List price of each proposed menu item for food, or provide an example range for art and merchandise. For food vendor applicants, please be aware our general $5 price cap on food items. Food vendors who wish to sell food at $6 must pay a premium on their vendor fees.

Scheduled Saturdays are listed below. Please check off all dates desired. There will be a FIVE-WEEK MINIMUM for new vendors. There is a ten-week minimum for returning vendors. Priority is given to vendors who commit to more dates. Prices depend on the number of dates committed to and whether payment is made in full.

Provide a few sentences 1) relating your Menu, Goods, or Art to your cultural/ethnic background or heritage and 2) explaining why you would like to participate at the Night Market.
We want our vendors to share their stories, influences, and inspiration with our visitors. We have a strong preference for vendors who can help represent the unique ethnic diversity of NYC.
List any equipment needed on-site. Tents will be provided for all vendors. A limited number of tables and chairs will be available for rent -- $5 for one table and one chair. Access to electrical outlets on-site will incur a surcharge.
List equipment (tables, chairs, electrical outlets, etc.) that you will need the organizer or venue to provide -- Include all electrical specifications if you require electrical outlets. If you plan to use your own generator, we have a strict maximum 59db limit.
Type of Vendor Space and Additional Amenities
Select the appropriate tent rental that applies to you and all services you would require. We provide a tent for each of our vendors. Actual price depends on number of nights committed and payment terms. (Note: Corporate and nonprofit activation priced separately.)
Art/Merchandise Tent: $40-50
Retail Food (Condiments, Jarred Goods, etc): $105-115
Baked Goods and Beverages Tent: $140-150
Food Prepared On-Site Tent w/Menu @ $5 or under: $170-185
Food Prepared On-Site Tent w/Menu @ $6: $220-235
20A/120V Duplex Plug(s) (Additional charge)
