Capitol Choices Nomination Form
Use this form to nominate a title for consideration for the Capitol Choices: Noteworthy Books for Children and Teens list.
Eligibility
Any titles published for children or teens in the current year (2017) are eligible. In case of doubt about publication date, please follow the date listed in the book itself. Re-isssues are eligible for consideration if they include significant new content, such as new illustrations. Titles published only as eContent are not eligible for nomination.

NOMINATION DEADLINE: Titles must be submitted for nomination no later than midnight two (2) Thursdays prior to a given meeting in order to be on the discussion agenda. This is to allow adequate time for readers to read the titles and prepare for discussion.

Month Eligible for Discussion *
A title nominated pre-publication becomes eligible for discussion the month after publication. Books nominated after their publication month are eligible for discussion at the next scheduled meeting, provided it is submitted by the monthly nomination deadline (see above).
