Letters of Support *
While not required, letters of support assist the District 112 Foundation in thoroughly understanding the merits of the nominee, and at least one letter is recommended. The District 112 Foundation will solicit feedback separately from district personnel, including building principals, during the review process. With that in mind, letters submitted with this application should come from a colleague, parent, fellow teacher, former student or community member. These letters should describe the attributes the nominee possesses that make him/her an outstanding teacher and well respected by colleagues, parents, students and the community. Any letters of support should be submitted to 112foundation@gmail.com and should include the nominee name in the subject line.
