Caruso Incubator 2024 Application
Thank you for your interest in UIF's Caruso Incubator. 
In order to be considered for the Caruso Incubator, entrepreneurs must complete the following application. If you are accepted, companies will be guided by UIF staff, and external mentors throughout their engagement with the foundation. 

As a non-profit Foundation, we are not your typical incubator space. We not do charge a monthly fee for program participation, but require all participants to give back mentoring time to the Foundation's signature platform, ONTRACK Plus. (https://ontrackplus.org/)
