1. This is an Adult Education Program. So, you must be 18 years old and above in order to qualify for the class
2. You must be a resident in one of New York’s five boroughs 
3. Registration will begin on August 4th 2025 at George Douris Tower, 27-40 Hoyt Avenue South, Astoria, NY 11102. Class will start from September 2025
