Purpose: To openly and honestly respond to ideas and initiatives brought by any of the three coordinating units, Priddy Library, Auxiliary Services (Dining Services, Bookstore, Rec Center, and Vending), Center for Student Engagement and Financial Resources. Feedback and recommendations discussed by the group are done in an effort to enhance the student experience at USG. This could include changes to current services, identifying opportunities to capture additional feedback or program implementation suggestions.
The Student Advisory Group will meet on a monthly basis for 90 minutes each meeting (Sept-May). 1-year term commitment is preferred but we will consider everyone that applies. Meeting notes (minutes) will be taken by students on a rotating schedule and circulated to the group, the Student Council, and GSA Advisors, as well as to the leadership of any departments or units that were discussed during the meeting.
