Vendor fees for the event are $50 per applicant. Vendors will set up on Main Street between Broadway and Park. Overflow station will be in the parking lot at Main and Broadway. Vendors may set up the evening of the 16th after 6pm

I do hereby for myself, my successors, heirs, and assigns, fully and completely RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS Butte-Silver Bow County, all producing partners, sponsors and affiliates of the Butte America Foundation, and Butte America Foundation partners and their officers, servants, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands and actions that I may have, or that my successors, heirs, or assigns may have, on account of loss, damage, or injury, including personal injury, that I may sustain while vending for the Butte America Foundation. I do hereby voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, from vending for the Butte America Foundation

I agree to sell my product according to this waiver for the event organized by the Butte America Foundation to be held in Butte, Montana beginning with set up activities on March 16th at 6pm and ending with tear down activities at 10pm on March 17th.
