Queens High School of Teaching Alumni Transcript Request
Follow these steps to request an official QHST transcript:

1. Complete this form in its entirety.

2. Official transcripts are emailed. If you absolutely need a hardcopy please write "I need a hard copy" in the section where it asks "What is the email address the transcript needs to be sent to?" and we will try to accommodate your request but we can not mail it.

3. You will receive an email when your transcript is process.

4. Allow up to 1 week for processing.
