Please notify us if your student has a food allergen that we should be aware of. Complete one form for each student.

Instructions: Filter to Spencer Butte Middle school, then use the arrows to rotate to the menu week desired. Hover over any item to see nutrition information or use filters for allergens and dietary restrictions. You may print menus by using the icon in the right corner of the menu page.

Nut Allergies:  4J Nutrition Services does not serve tree nuts or nut products (including peanuts). Note that some items are made in facilities that possibly process nuts.

4J Nutrition Services offers vegetarian options, but typically not strictly vegan meals in most cases due to the requirements for participating in the National School Lunch Program through the USDA.

The National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), and other Child Nutrition Programs require participating school districts to make substitutions to the standard meal for students who are considered disabled and whose disability restricts their diet.

Eugene School District 4J may, at its discretion, make substitutions for individual participants who are not disabled persons but are unable to consume a food item because of medical or other special dietary needs.
