VXV Events, LLC Press Pass Application
VXV Events press pass applications must fall into one of the following three categories:
  • Broadcast Media (TV & Radio, including AM, FM, Satellite, Local/Regional/National TV)
  • Print Media (Local/National/College newspapers, magazines, journalists, photographers, etc.)
  • Digital Media (Website/Blog/Podcast/Vlog/Etc. with weekly content)
There are specific requirements for applicants dependent on the requesting media outlets. You must meet those requirements to be considered. Please read each section carefully.

Digital Applicants and Print Applicants are limited to no more than 2 press badges per outlet. Broadcast Applicants are limited to 3 press badges per outlet. Each individual must submit their own application – do NOT submit a single request for two or more individuals.

Opportunities for celebrity and comic creator interviews are NOT included with your press pass. A press pass is provided as a courtesy to cover the event. You may not approach guests within the celebrity area to solicit for interviews; they must be arranged in advance. Requests may be sent to our Media Coordinator listed below.

Press passes are non-transferable and non-resellable. Any individuals caught selling or transferring their press pass will be disqualified from attending current and future VXV events. This is non-negotiable.

All holders of press passes must adhere to the regular attendee rules and guidelines at all times as well as the additional rules for attending press:

Expectations and Rules for Press Pass Holders
