Thrift Store Manager
The Thrift Store Manager provides supervision, oversight and management of the operation of a retail thrift store to generate profit and fulfill the Company's mission, which is to re-use and recycle clothing in partnership with non-profits in the community.  The Thrift Store Manager reports to the General Manager for the Omaha area, indirectly to company Vice President.

Job duties include:

-Direct management of approximately 10-15 store employees, including hiring, supervision, evaluation, professional development, and terminating staff as necessary.

-Analyze sales and inventory in order to provide recommendations, retain customers, and increase sales and profitability.

-Oversee the display of merchandise to enhance the appearance and appeal of the stores and increase sales and profitability.

Experience, education, and skills required include:

1-3 years of management experience.

Fun, fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with inventory management, customer service and point of sale systems.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Average 1st year salary after bonuses exceeding $50k
