The aim of this survey is to compile feedback and data on the needs and challenges that HR professionals and business managers face when trying to attract, onboard and retain emerging talent.  It should take less than 10 minutes to complete and we will share a summary of the responses from your peer group as well as a white paper that we are publishing in collaboration with MIT Open Learning on how best to support emerging talent.
