Scribe in Wikipedia
We propose a content editing tool (Scribe) for underserved language Wikipedias. This tool will allow editors to have a base to start with when translation is not possible. This will allow editors to choose a subject to write about according to their community interests and notability criteria, regardless of the existence of that topic in other Wikipedias.

Scribe (Short description)
Scribe is a tool to support editors in creating new articles. As an editor, you will choose which topic you want to write an article about and Scribe will help you by structuring the article in terms of sections and their titles. For each section, Scribe will find and suggest online references. As a starting help for the writing of the article, Scribe will summarise the content of the references into the most important key points of each reference. This tool will be usable in visual editor and in Wikitext, too. More information on the project can be found here:
