ASC Victim Impact Panel Pre-Registration
The ASC Victim Impact Panel (VIP) is now offered online.


A Sobering Choice Victim Impact Panel Registration Guidelines

In order to register for the online class you must provide us with the following required information.  Please have this information available before registering.

1.  Complete name, Driver's License Number, Court Case Number, Phone Number, Date of Birth and e-mail address.  If you do not have an e-mail address, please give our office a call at:  (530) 241-5958.

2. The class will last approximately 2 hours. Once you have registered you will receive an e-mail with a link to pay and begin the class within 1 to 3 business days.  You will then have access for 30 days to complete the class.

3. Cost for the session is $25.  When registering for the class you will pay using PayPal.  If you fail to complete the class within 30 days, you will have to pay to take it again.
