Japanese American Assimilation and Identity

Thank you for participating in this survey! It should take 5-10 minutes to complete. Any questions you do not wish to answer may be left blank.

This survey is being conducted as part of a research project that seeks to form a better understanding of Japanese American assimilation across several generations. Specifically, the results of this survey will be used in a research project that focuses on 4th- and 5th-generation Japanese Americans, by Eileen Regullano and Stephanie Takaragawa, PhD. While the research focuses on later-generation Japanese Americans, this survey is intended for Japanese Americans (including those of mixed heritage) of any generation, living anywhere in the United States, regardless of self/family immigration date.

The results of this survey are completely anonymous unless I choose to allow the researchers to contact me for further interviews. If I am contacted for further interview, the procedures for the interview process will be outlined in a form to be given to me at that time, and my identity will remain confidential.
