Tri Talking Sport #Fit4Christmas Challenge 2024
This is a FREE, FUN Challenge providing the platform for you to embrace daily movement and activity throughout the month of December. You can choose to just complete the suggested activities or you can complement your existing exercise with the suggested activities. Regardless of your fitness level, this is meant to be a FUN Challenge to help motivate you to move across the month of December.

There is NO tracker to complete however a downloadable chart will be sent to you so you can keep track of your goals and activities and as an added incentive, you'll be in with the chance of winning some prizes to help keep you moving and having fun across the month. 

In advance of the challenge kicking off on December 1st you will receive a welcome email with the links to join our private Facebook Group and Strava Club. Please note you must be over 18 as of 1st December 2024 to participate in this challenge.
