Kindly note that initiation into KriyaYoga requires attending a rigorous in-person or online retreat guided directly by His Holiness and involves a long-term commitment to higher yoga and meditation techniques taught therein. There is no online summary of techniques available via correspondence course or email. All prospective initiates usually meet with His Holiness before the initiation into techniques and need to attend online fellowships or review the preparatory syllabus available on the digital Academy.
