This is your opportunity to recognize a peer who truly embodies the spirit of Peer Support—someone who leads with lived experience, uplifts others, and demonstrates collaboration, respect, integrity, and meaningful service every day.
When purpose meets passion, lives change. These awards honor individuals and organizations who are making a powerful impact in systems of care and walking alongside others on their journey of recovery from mental health and substance use challenges.
