Workspace Hands-on Clinic
Introducing the WORKSPACE CLINIC, a new feature from The Alaska Region T/TA Center.We will provide step-by-step guidance on Workspace, via live demonstration and live participant access to in our virtual computer lab. Activities include:

· Finding ANA FOA’s
· Creating a Workspace
· Assigning a Workspace manager
· Adding new members to Workspace
· Editing Workspace forms
· Tips for final assembly of your ANA application into Workspace for submission

Each session will consist of just your organization’s grant writing team, and we can accommodate up to (7) team members, whom we will provide remote access to our virtual computer training lab. Each participant will be assigned a remote computer workstation, which he/she will access from their home office using a WebEx Training link we send to the participants. Participants will either be joining the main presenter in the Main Room during the session, or doing hands-on activities on their virtual computers, while the Presenter drops in to each participant's room during the session to provide additional hands-on guidance and answer questions.

Dates: February 20, 22, 27, and March 1
Times: Your organization may sign up for one (1) hour session. Sessions are scheduled at the following times.
Morning session: 11 a.m. to noon
Afternoon session: 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Space is limited to a maximum of seven (7) attendees per Organization, one Organization for each timeslot. We may add additional time slots if there is the demand.

To qualify:
· Your AOR must be available and present during the training
· Priority is for organizations applying to ANA funds this year (Federal Fiscal Year 2018, applications due April 9th).
· Have a defined project
· Your organization needs to already be registered in and your AOR (Authorized Organization Representative) should already have online access to
