All applicants (new or returning) will be contacted for a brief interview by the CI Advisory Board and/or 2026 Collective.
Availability and Commitment *

CI-PNW trains all prospective leaders and support staff every year, new or returning. Our gatherings help equip all leaders with the necessary materials, resources, and strategies for running this year's camp while building solid fellowship within the team. If you are unsure of your schedule availability during CI, still make leadership trainings a priority. Whether you plan to help for just one day, two nights, or hopefully the entire camp, WE NEED YOU AT THESE SESSIONS! =)

In addition to the organized CI-PNW leadership team trainings, all CI leaders and adult support staff must complete the following through the Pacific Northwest Conference of The United Methodist Church prior to their attendance at CI:

+ a national background check (valid for 2 years);
+ MinistrySafe Sexual Abuse Awareness Training;
+ CPR/First Aid training (if applicable); and
+ any other required trainings as instructed.
