Please fill out this form so we can initiate the registration process for Parent Portal so you can see your child's grade online. A valid email address is required for this. CPS email addresses will not be accepted.

Once we receive all necessary information, an email will be sent out to you from Aspen (CPS's student information management system) with further instructions. Also check your spam folder as there's a chance it can get redirected there.

Note: this Form is a one-time process. You do not have to apply every school year. If you have an account but don't remember your password, please use the password reset link on the Parent Portal login screen. Otherwise, email Mr. Chi (ptchi@cps.edu) for more assistance. Please note PreK and Kindergarten parents might not need Parent Portal at this time. However, you are welcome to enroll to prepare for later years.
