Leading a small team
From 2012 - 2016 I worked for a small business called XYZ Business. I was not a manager, but worked alongside other team members on projects. Often I was required to take the lead on a project and guide other team members through that process. As the lead of the project I regularly met with everyone, kept a timeline of our project and it's progress, ensured that everyone was on the same page and coached individuals where necessary.

The Important Documents
