Leading a small teamFrom 2012 - 2016 I worked for a small business called XYZ Business. I was not a manager, but worked alongside other team members on projects. Often I was required to take the lead on a project and guide other team members through that process. As the lead of the project I regularly met with everyone, kept a timeline of our project and it's progress, ensured that everyone was on the same page and coached individuals where necessary.
*Two referees should be available to be contacted during the application process:-One who can speak of your competence in the skills, workmanship and abilities as a working team member, perhaps a previous employer or team members.-The second referee can be a character reference from someone who knows you well and who may share your interests outside of work. -The third referee should be your current / most recent employer who can be contacted at the latter stage of the interview process, whereby the job offer is contingent on a reference.
