Leading a small teamFrom 2012 - 2016 I worked for a small business called XYZ Business. I was not a manager, but worked alongside other team members on projects. Often I was required to take the lead on a project and guide other team members through that process. As the lead of the project I regularly met with everyone, kept a timeline of our project and it's progress, ensured that everyone was on the same page and coached individuals where necessary.
Two referees should be available to be contacted during the application process: -One who can speak of your competence in the skills, workmanship and abilities as a working team member, perhaps a previous employer or team members.-The second referee can be a character reference from someone who knows you well and who may share your interests outside of work. -The third referee should be your current / most recent employer who can be contacted at the latter stage of the interview process, whereby the job offer is contingent on a reference.
