BUKU Food Vendor Application
WELCOME to the official food vendor application for BUKU 2020.

This year at BUKU, we are creating a new program that will bring some fun and attention to the food on site. All vendors will offer a New Orleans themed menu item at this year's BUKU Project. Bring your creativity, humor, and mastery of the art of tantalizing the human taste bud to the challenge! What will your item be?! Let's have some fun.

Please fill out the application below in its entirety by NO LATER THAN JAN 10 2020. If you want more than one location, please fill this application out ONE TIME FOR EACH LOCATION.

Completing the below does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted, you will be notified with an official acceptance letter, a contract, and further instructions. Upon acceptance, you will be required to pay a $2,000 deposit to secure your booth space.

please note: we get requests for more vegan and vegetarian options on site from our audience last year, so if you're able to sneak in a vegan/vegetarian item to your menu below, your chances of success are bumped up!

AT BUKU PROJECT THIS YEAR, ALL ACCEPTED VENDORS MUST OFFER AT LEAST ONE UNIQUE "NEW ORLEANS" THEMED ITEM. this is your chance to get creative - a New Orleans themed slice of pizza if you're a pizza vendor (crawfish pizza? omg I want that!), a NOLA themed taco if you do tacos?, what about "loud af mini-beignets" with neon sprinkles? (somebody please do that!) - you get the idea. Think about it for a minute if you need to.

BUKU has traditionally be a show made up of 15'x15' food tents with a small amount of back-of-house space behind that. This year we will incorporate a few 20x20 spaces as well as 10x10 spaces. Please select your preferred operational size below. Please note that 20'x20' booth first priority will be given to vendors from previous years with proven sales and operational excellence.
