As we begin preparing for next year’s Family Ambassador Program, we would love to know if you’re interested in being part of this program. If you’d like to be considered for the 2025–2026 school year, please complete the form and select the school you'd like to represent.

Step 1: Choose the type of Family Ambassador role you’re interested in for the 2025–2026 school year.

🔹 Lead Family Ambassador
This role is for experienced ambassadors who have served for at least 12 months with consistent attendance. Lead Family Ambassadors help plan and support monthly Family Ambassador meetings, lead attendance area team check-ins, and assist other ambassadors. You must be available to attend both monthly meetings each month.

🔹 School-Specific Family Ambassador
School-Specific Ambassadors are assigned to support families at a specific school. In addition to school-based outreach, they also work with the attendance area team to support districtwide family engagement initiatives and events.

Lead Family Ambassador (This role is for experienced ambassadors who have served for at least 12 months with consistent attendance.)
