Say I Do Wedding Expo 2020
Thank you for your interest in the Say I Do Wedding Expo, March 8, 2020 at the Benton County Fairgrounds. This is an opportunity for brides to see what the NWA wedding community has to offer, as well as the latest wedding trends. Brides and couples will be seeking wedding venues, formalwear, music, photography, catering, flowers and so much more. Guest are given the opportunity to find all the vendors they are looking for in one place!
Each vendor will receive a list of all registered brides with their remaining wedding needs. The bridal list is a great opportunity to follow up with customers you met at the show and it’s an effective mailing tool to contact those that are still looking for services in your area of expertise. This list will come to you via email approx. 1 week after the show.
There will be a Stage and Runway provided and will be decorated accordingly. - This is a Sponsorship Opportunity to decorate (first come first serve)
The Brides who register will be put into the drawing for a $300 Gift Certificate. The Gift Certificate can ONLY be used to purchase items from the participating Vendors.
Pipe and Drape will be provided and is included in the booth price.
Digital Billboard will run for 4 weeks, leading up to the event. There are limited Sponsorship spots available.
Once your application is reviewed and approved, you will be invoiced (via Square). There is a NON refundable deposit ($100) due to secure your spot at that time. After the deposit is received, you will be invoiced for the remainder amount. ALL invoices MUST be paid IN FULL by the due date. NO EXCEPTIONS

This is an Indoor event and will be open rain or shine.
All deposits AND booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
You will be required to attend and be set up for the entire event. If you decide to close your booth early, you will not be accepted to future events.
Set Up will be the day before the event. You must set up during this time unless other arrangements are made.
Please be advised that all Vendors using electricity will need to provide their own equipment (power strip , extension cord, etc). Vendors are also responsible for their booth set up and any other equipment needed during the event.
