Each Midlothian Independent School District (MISD) Media Pass admits members of the media for the express purpose of reporting MISD athletic events for newspapers, sports publications, radio, and TV. All MISD athletic contests and events are the property of MISD. No broadcast, live or delayed, radio, television, or webcast transmission is permitted without the express, prior written permission of the MISD Director of Athletics. Use of photography or images captured at or from any event for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited without prior approval from MISD. The use of the media pass for commercial purposes will cause forfeiture of the pass. Organizations requesting passes are responsible for proper use of said pass. MISD reserves all rights to all MISD athletic contests or events.
All pass requests must be submitted to MISD by 12:00 noon the day of the scheduled event. Submission of media credentials does not guarantee acceptance.
*Multi-Purpose Stadium Press box seating and field access will be determined based on the following priority list:
1) Sports editors of daily newspapers and sports directors of television and radio stations
2) Opponent Scouts for up to one (1) week out
3) Daily radio and television shows
4) Weekly radio and television shows providing sound and/or video highlights
5) Weekly magazines specifically dedicated to area sport
6) Other weekly and monthly publications covering MISD or opponent
7) Photographers who have a MISD team pass
8) Websites (at the discretion of the AD)
