Service Fees and Medication Fees

- Online doctor consultation is THB 1,000 per 30 minutes.

- For cases where the doctor prescribes medication, a 20% discount on medication will be applied through December 31, 2023.

- Receive your medicine within 24 hours after payment. Delivery in Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces by Grab, 100 baht/route from February 1 – December 31, 2023.

- Receive your medicine within 72 hours of payment. Delivery throughout Thailand (except for Bangkok and Samut Prakan provinces) by Thailand Post and SCG EXPRESS. No delivery charge, free! from February 1 – December 31, 2023.

Making an insurance claim for these services is dependent on your coverage. Please check your policy details or inquire with the company through which you wish to make a claim.
