Vallivue School District believes everyone on the Vallivue school campus has the right to feel safe and has a responsibility to report threatening or unsafe activity when it happens. If you know of or have witnessed activities that are harmful to others such as harassment, bullying, violence, drug use, threatening oneself or others, or threatening violence against the school then please fill out the report below. If you are being bullied or harassed but are reluctant to talk with someone, this is a safe way to communicate what is happening.
Policy 506.5
“Harassment, intimidation, or bullying” is defined as any intentional gesture or any intentional written, verbal, or physical act(s) or threat(s) against another student that:
1. A reasonable person under the circumstances should know will have the effect of:
a. Harming a student.
b. Damaging a student’s property.
c. Placing a student in reasonable fear of harm to his or her person.
d. Placing a student in reasonable fear of damage to his or her property.
2. Is sufficiently severe, persistent, or pervasive that it creates an intimidating, threatening or abusive educational environment for a student.

Reports submitted here will be forwarded electronically to school officials and, at the school administration's option, to local enforcement agencies.
