Asheville High School Needs Proctors for EOC and NC Final Exams - End of Spring Semester Testing
Attention Parents, Guardians, Retired Educators, Community Leaders, Grandparents, and other Adults over the age of 18:
We are in need of volunteers to proctor for the Spring End-of-Course (EOC) and North Carolina Final Exam (NCFE) tests at our school. The dates for testing are May 28 - June 7, 2019.
On the day of testing, proctors should arrive on campus at 8:00 am and check in as a visitor in the main office. Please be prepared to stay until 12:30 each day you volunteer to proctor (or until 3:30 if you are proctoring the afternoon of June 3rd and/or 4th).
Below, fill out the dates that you are available to help proctor. Also, choose a proctor training date. You only need to attend one training. If the training dates don't work for you, please contact Ruafika Cobb using the contact info below to schedule a different training date. All of the trainings will be in the Guidance Office Conference Room.
*Please Note: If you volunteer, you will not be placed with your child’s class and all individuals will have to undergo a criminal background check.
Your help is greatly needed and appreciated!
