Reader Small Business Application

We love small businesses—especially the ones started and run by our readers! Each year, we highlight reader-owned businesses in two ways:

  • Christmas Gift Guide CLOSED FOR 2025 (Paid): We reserve a limited number of spots in our annual Christmas Gift Guide. There’s a small fee to participate in order to cover our writers' time.

  • Saturday Slowdown (Free): Throughout the year, we feature reader businesses in our Saturday Slowdown email, completely free. This is short shoutout, where we get to share why we love your business and introduce it to our readers.

If you’d like to be considered, please fill out this form, here are a few things to know:

  • We’ll ask you for a description of your business (we get a lot of applications and appreciate thoughtful and concise responses. This will help us write ad copy if selected).

  • We’ll also ask for a tracking link (this is optional).

  • If your business is selected, we’ll follow up with a confirmation email letting you know what ad copy we’ll run and when.

We can’t wait to learn more about what you’re building and (hopefully!) help share it with our 1.5M+ readers.
