New Parents will have to register in our digital platform, BrightWheel, after finalizing the pre-enrollment process.
Registration Fee: $40 for 1 student; $50 for 2 or more children (This fee is not included in August's payment and is additional. Both tuition and registration fee have to be paid to reserve your student space.)

New Advance Payment Policy: Beginning this school year, SherBear Before & After School Programs is transitioning to an advance-payment schedule. To ensure all programming is secured, tuition will now be due one month in advance of service. This advance payment schedule allows us to prepare staffing, supplies, and programming before the school year begins.
Cost:
- Before Care: 7AM - 8AM - $90 per month per child
- After Care: 3PM-6PM - $200 per month per child
- Part Time After Care: 2 days a week only - $100 per month per child
- Before & After Care: 7AM-8AM & 3PM-6PM - $250 per month per child
NO part time Before Care!
*Our program does NOT accept checks or CashApp for tuition payments, from September - June*
Payment will be accepted via our digital platform BrightWheel. You will be receiving an invoice prior to payment.
