Volunteering with York Neighbours is very flexible and opt-in in nature. However, we still ask everyone to kindly consider that there is a time and finance cost to our charity to recruit volunteers. 

We will treat all completed applications equally, and ask that by pressing submit, you are agreeing to the potential of fully enrolling with us. This requires a level of commitment to complete the appropriate onboarding processes, and begin your volunteering experience with us. 

We always aim to process applications swiftly, but sometimes there may be a delay depending on volunteering availability.

Please note that we unfortunately cannot offer these roles to under 16s.
