Proposal Round Table Meeting: May 28th @ 6pm
    1. Place for proposal leaders to answer questions and engage in conversation with committee chairs and directors

    2. Can lead to edits in proposal or additional proposals in the future

    3. Directors should either attend this meeting to ask questions and rationale regarding each proposal or can submit their questions prior to the round table and will be answered and addressed in the meeting. 

    4. A recording of the round table meeting will be shared to membership to review the proposals and give time to digest the information prior to voting week. Directors can still contact proposal leaders with additional questions after the round table. 

Proposal Voting Week: June 11th-17th
    1. All OBDA Voting Occurs Digitally via Google Forms

    2. Ballots are sent via email

Voting Results Announcement: June 18th (send passes proposals to OSAA June 19th)
