Directors should either attend this meeting to ask questions and rationale regarding each proposal or can submit their questions prior to the round table and will be answered and addressed in the meeting. 

A recording of the round table meeting will be shared to membership to review the proposals and give time to digest the information prior to voting week. Directors can still contact proposal leaders with additional questions after the round table.
