Experience how the Art of Storytelling transforms classrooms into nurturing, SEL‑rich learning environments. This session shows educators how to build strong readers and empathetic human beings through intentional read‑alouds, picture books, and Science of Reading practices—making literacy instruction more meaningful, engaging, and developmentally supportive for all learners.

Dr. JoAnn Cardillo is a retired NJ School Superintendent with a strong background in Pre-K 12 Education. She taught for 22 years and moved into administration, serving another 18 years in the public school arena. She is experienced in both urban and suburban settings.

This is a 45 minute session. The cost is $45 for NJECC Members and $55 for non-members.
