Cabrillo has scheduled its drop off and pick up of materials to occur on Thursday, June 11. We will have two separate stations for pick up/drop off:
- The horseshoe for drop off of library books and pick up of student materials
- The second parking lot on Frobisher for drop off of technology and pick up of medications and spring photos.

Please fully complete this form with all Cabrillo student names. Indicate items you are bringing to Cabrillo and items you need to pick up. We are depending on completion of this form to ensure we have your student's materials staged at the pickup zone in the horseshoe.

Enter information about your student and pick a time to drive through the horseshoe to drop off library books and pickup student materials from the classroom. Select a time within the window created for your student's last name the window for your family last name: 7:00 - 9:30 (last names A - F); 9:30 - 12:00 (last names G - L); 1:00 - 3:30 (last names M - P), & 3:30 - 6:00 (last names Q - Z).

Please fill out the form completely so we can plan for your arrival.  If more than 20 families pick the same 30-minute window I will call or email you directly to ask you to come at another time.  

My goal is to have you visit the site only one last time for the year.  I hope to get everything you need to be done in this one pass through.  **I highly suggest this process is done without children in the car if possible.**
